IAR CE

Continuing education for state-registered investment adviser representatives, written to the NASAA IAR CE model rule.

In development

Kensho's IAR CE catalog covers the two required categories: Ethics & Professional Responsibility, and Products & Practice. Coverage includes fiduciary duty in AI-mediated advisory work, conflicts of interest when compensation structures shape recommendations, elder financial exploitation detection and reporting, and the technical tax knowledge that advisory practice assumes but does not teach.

Twelve credits total across the two categories — a full annual requirement in one place. Provider approval and course-by-course review are in progress with NASAA and state securities regulators. No course is offered for credit until approval issues.

IAR CE is in development. We’ll email you when courses launch.
