Full refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as you haven't opened the final exam (clicking Start Exam) or received a certificate. After 30 days, once you open the final exam, or once a certificate is issued, refunds are no longer available.

You have one year from purchase to complete a course and its final exam. Certificates you've earned stay available on your dashboard.
CLE credit counts toward whichever reporting cycle is current when you complete the course. Your bar's renewal calendar tells you what that is.
Kensho collects what's needed to deliver courses and report CLE credit: name, email, bar number, and payment information processed through Stripe. Attendance records are retained as required by Illinois MCLE Rule 795(a)(8) and equivalent Texas rules.

Courses are licensed for the individual who purchased them. Don't share logins or redistribute course content. Course materials are the intellectual property of Kensho Professional Development LLC.
Liability for any single course is limited to the amount paid for it.
