Continuing legal education for Illinois attorneys, submitted for individual accreditation through PCAM under Illinois MCLE Rule 795.
In development
Kensho's Illinois CLE catalog covers the three required categories under Rule 795: Mental Health & Substance Abuse, Diversity & Inclusion, and Professional Responsibility. Coverage includes the structural conditions that shape ethical failure in legal practice — competence in AI-assisted work, perceptual habits that shape client representation, and the ethics of compliance in institutions that have lost their institutional purpose.
Each course is one hour unless noted. Courses are being submitted individually for accreditation. No course is offered for MCLE credit until accredited.
Illinois attorneys complete 30 hours of CLE every two-year reporting period. Of those 30 hours, 6 must be in professional responsibility, including at least 1 in mental health and substance abuse and at least 1 in diversity and inclusion. The remaining 24 hours are general CLE.
